Resurrection of Public Radio!!!!

Finally public radio is alive and well in Dallas/Ft.Worth!!!!!
A couple of my friends had been urging me to listen and naturally I was reluctant to give
the f.m. radio a chance, after all it has been years since I have even tuned to fm. Thank God for Satellite.
But Alas, I confess
91.7 kxt is greatness
For anyone who likes the o's, jason isbell, talking heads, rose county fair, iron and wine and a host of other great bands you will love this channel.
If you can get through the world cafe you'll love it.

Glitter and Doom Live!!!!

I just can't get enough of Tom Waits! I had the chance to see this tour twice last year and I have to say this album brings it all back. It also comes with an album full of his stage banter which is almost as entertaining as the music.

Fannin Street is the perfect soundtrack for a whiskey soaked thanksgiving. Cheers!
